1. Child Safety Standards
Prohibition of CSAE
CrushLink explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We have a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. Any account found sharing or promoting CSAE will be immediately terminated and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.
Reporting and Compliance
We comply with all applicable child safety laws. We utilize robust methods to address CSAM. Users must report any suspected CSAE or other safety concerns using our in-app feedback/reporting mechanism.

2. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named CrushLink.
• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to CrushLink.
• Content refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
3. Acknowledgement
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights, and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
4. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use CrushLink. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.
5. In-App Purchases
The Application may include In-app Purchases that allow you to buy products, services or Subscriptions.
In-app Purchases can only be consumed within the Application. If you make a In-app Purchase, that In-app Purchase cannot be cancelled after you have initiated its download. In-app Purchases cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration or otherwise transferred.
You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the Application Store from where you downloaded the Application and are governed by that Application Store's own terms and conditions.
6. User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party.
7. Content
Your Right to Post Content
Our Service allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service.
Content Restrictions
You may not transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples include:
• Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content suitable for harassment.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or soliciting.
• Content containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party.
The Company reserves the right to determine whether any Content is appropriate and complies with these Terms, and to refuse or remove this Content.
8. Interactions Outside the Service
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICE AND ANY OTHER PARTIES WITH WHOM YOU INTERACT THROUGH THE SERVICE, BOTH ONLINE AND OFFLINE. YOU AGREE THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONDUCT OF ANY USER.
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT, BUT HAS NO OBLIGATION, TO MONITOR OR BECOME INVOLVED IN DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER USERS. YOU EXERCISE COMMON SENSE AND YOUR BEST JUDGMENT WHEN INTERACTING WITH OTHERS, INCLUDING WHEN YOU SUBMIT OR POST CONTENT OR ANY PERSONAL OR OTHER INFORMATION.
CRUSHLINK AND THE COMPANY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, OR HARM RESULTING FROM YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICE OR APP.
9. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.
If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Service, You must submit Your notice in writing to the attention of our copyright agent via email at crushlink@buildlaunch.dev.
10. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE), EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
13. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.
14. Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
