• Illegal Activities: Promoting or engaging in illegal activities, including solicitation
• Spam & Scams: Sending unsolicited messages, phishing, or fraudulent schemes
Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, content removal, and no warnings for severe violations.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post on CrushLink. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Prohibited Activities

8. Subscription Terms
CrushLink offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Billing & Renewal
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Billing and renewal are managed by the App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancellation
• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
9. Privacy

10. Disclaimers

CrushLink is a platform for social connections. We do not conduct background checks on users and are not responsible for the conduct of users on or off the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUSHLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrushLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and content.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and discontinuing use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
